Hello everyone!

I've made a small adjustment to the terms and conditions files to allow recolours and edits to the files depending on the circumstances of the project you're using them for.

Basically this

" * Please do not alter the graphics in any way outside of resizing the graphics to fit your needs."

Has been changed to this

"* Alterations to the graphics in any way outside of resizing the graphics to fit your needs or adding GUI frames or the like are allowed as follows:

    * Recolours for personal/commercial projects

    * Image edits for personal/free projects

    * Please add in credits that graphics were altered" Thank you for your support, and I hope these changes open up these for more uses to all of you. <3
